47. The Committee recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to ensure that all Sami children, whether living in the Sami districts or elsewhere, fully enjoy their right to education in Sami languages as a languages of instruction; and to provide sufficient resources, including financial and technical resources, for the preservation and exhibition of Sami cultural artefacts.
