32. The Committee recommends that the State party:
(a) Implement effective cooperation and mutual legal assistance mechanisms with other States parties in compliance with articles 14 and 15 of the Convention, in order to facilitate the sharing of information and evidence to support the search for and identification of disappeared persons, investigations and prosecutions in connection with their disappearances and support for victims, including in cases where a national of the State party has disappeared in another country.
(b) Ensure the establishment of mechanisms for cooperation and mutual legal assistance with other relevant States to search for, locate and protect the unaccompanied minor asylum-seekers who have disappeared from reception centres, in accordance with articles 14 and 15 of the Convention.
(c) Ensure that all agreements on mutual judicial assistance concluded in the future, including those currently being negotiated, contain specific provisions on enforced disappearances.
