The Committee recommends that the State Party, in order to further strengthen the fulfilment of children’s rights, consider ratifying the following core human rights instruments: International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
