(a) Reinforce programmes aimed at combating gender segregation in the education sector at all levels, including with respect to non-traditional educational and occupational choices, while taking into account socio-cultural factors.

(b) Consider introducing temporary special measures, such as a mandatory statutory quota, to ensure the equal representation of women in high-level academic posts.
