The Committee recommends that the State Party raise the minimum age for recruitment into the Home Guard Youth to eighteen.

The Committee recommends that the State Party end the return of children to countries where they are at risk of, or may have already suffered recruitment or involvement in armed conflict or where they had been involved as children in armed conflict.

The Committee recommends that the State Party provide appropriate physical and psychological recovery and rehabilitation arrangements to all children who may have been recruited or used in armed conflicts abroad and ensure their social reintegration.
