50. GREVIO urges the Norwegian authorities to take legislative and other measures to enable the competent authorities to order, in situations of immediate danger and ex officio, a perpetrator of domestic violence to vacate the residence of a victim or person at risk and to reduce the average processing time for issuing all types of emergency barring orders.
