49. GREVIO strongly encourages the Norwegian authorities to provide law-enforcement officials responsible for filling out the SARA and PATRIARCH checklists with systematic in-service training with a view to ensuring the effective use of these tools, as well as to review their implementation in practice. GREVIO strongly encourages the Norwegian authorities to ensure that risk-management procedures are fully integrated into multi-agency co-operation efforts with the aim of supporting the victims with co-ordinated safety and protection measures.
